An NBA front office is made up of two sides. The basketball operations side and the business operations side. For the interest of this program, we will focus on the basketball operations side.
Inside the basketball operations side, there are typically two divisions. Management/scouting & Coaching. On the management/scouting side, this can vary team by team but generally, it doesn’t vary too much.
A typical basketball operations front office is structured as such:

Director of Scouting
Director of Player Personnel or Director of Pro Personnel
Regional Scouts: 4-6 college, 1-2 Pro/G-league, 1-3 International, Salary Cap
